Who We Are

Milena International Inc. is a family-owned industrial parts sourcing and MRO supply company based in Tampa Bay, Florida. For 17 years — since 2009 — we've been the one call facilities maintenance teams make when they need the right part fast, without chasing a dozen vendors or settling for whatever the nearest big-box distributor happens to have on the shelf.

What We Do

We source equipment and parts across plumbing, pumps, motors, bearings, HVAC and refrigeration, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, filtration, test instruments, and UL/FM fire protection valves. Send us a part number, a photo of a nameplate, or a plain-English description of what broke — our team searches a network of more than 1,500 suppliers for availability, price, and the fastest lead time, and typically quotes back within 2 business hours.

Discontinued, obsolete, off-brand, or "off vendor list" for your organization? That's our specialty. Because we're not tied to any single distributor's inventory, we can usually find an exact replacement or a compatible cross-reference when the original manufacturer is no help.

How We Work

Every order ships free. Established accounts get NET 30 terms and a 2% annual cash-back rebate on total spend. There are no account setups and no minimum orders — send us one part, once, and see how it goes. We also provide onsite consultations across Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Orlando to help facilities teams solve recurring supply problems, not just one-off emergencies.
